Thank you , hello and welcome . So I wanted just to do this quick little update . This is not an episode or anything , it's probably just going to take a couple of minutes , but I wanted to let you guys know about some updates to my podcast . So I am actually I know , just recently I said that I was going to redo my mini-sodes and I was going to have my mini-sodes be question episodes . I still plan to do question episodes , but I'm actually , at least for now , going to do away with my mini-sodes and this is why I am working on something really , really exciting . I will tell you guys about it as soon as I can .

I'm just in the works with it and I'm very excited about it , but it is taking a lot more of my time and , quite honestly , I haven't been able to get two episodes a week out for a very , very long time . So it just kind of creates within me just this angst and a bit of shame , if you will , even though I talked to you guys about not feeling shame about not being able to provide those two episodes a week that I really , really , really want to . Shame about not being able to provide those two episodes a week that I really , really , really want to do , but I just can't do it . So what I'm going to be doing is just one episode a week . I may throw in bonus episodes every once in a while when I want to do just a quickie episode , but for now , I'm really going to pour into those single episodes that I'm doing , or interviews and those types of things . Now , that being said , please still send me your questions . I do want to do Q&A episodes for sure , and in those episodes I may decide to incorporate more than one question .
